These Terms of Service govern your use of and access to our websites, landing pages, web-based applications, features and products, technical or customer support, discussion forums or other interactive areas or services, and supplemental services (collectively, the “Services”). If you have entered into another agreement with us concerning specific service, technology or platform (including our proprietary DSP), then the terms of that agreement control where it conflicts with the Terms.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Teza Technologies Ltd., the operator of LoudEcho. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website. Note: These Terms apply only to the Website. Access to and use of the LoudEcho DSP platform is governed by separate contractual agreements between LoudEcho and its business clients.
By accessing the Website or using any of the Services made available through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Website. Continued use of the Website after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Minors: The Website is intended for business and professional use only. It is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Website under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, you should not use the Website or submit any personal information to us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Website, indicated by the “Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
LoudEcho provides information about its demand-side platform (DSP), its business operations, and related resources. The Website may include informational content, blog posts, product descriptions, whitepapers, case studies, and contact forms for inquiries. The Website itself does not provide access to the DSP platform.
You must use the Website responsibly and in compliance with applicable law. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly: (a) use unlawfully the Website in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, LoudEcho systems, or any related networks; (c) use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar automated means to access, extract, or harvest data from the Website without our prior written consent; (d) introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code; interfere with, disable, or disrupt the Website or related systems; (e) copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content except as expressly permitted; (f) impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or provide false information through the Website; (g) use the Website to defame, harass, threaten, or otherwise engage in abusive or objectionable conduct; (h) use the Website to promote or advertise third-party products or services without LoudEcho's prior written approval; (i) frame, mirror, or otherwise display the Website or its content in a way that misrepresents LoudEcho or misleads users.

You may stop using the Website at any time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Website (in whole or in part), without prior notice, if we believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your use violates applicable law; (c) your conduct is abusive, threatening, or harmful; or (d) continued access is no longer commercially, technically, or legally viable for LoudEcho. We may also discontinue or modify the Website at any time without liability to you.
Survival. Upon termination or expiration of these Terms, the following provisions will survive: Intellectual Property, Acceptable Use, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranty, Indemnification, and Governing Law & Dispute Resolution.
Before initiating any legal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@loudecho.ai to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You agree that all disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and you may not bring a claim against LoudEcho as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and you may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Nonetheless, if any portion of this class action waiver is deemed unenforceable or invalid as to a particular remedy, then that remedy (and only that remedy) must be severed from the arbitration and may be sought in court. The parties agree, however, that any adjudication of remedies not subject to arbitration shall be stayed pending the outcome of any arbitrable claims and remedies.
